is to be a faithful steward of the talents provided by the Lord for His Glory. Primary to
these talents is an ability to recognize the interrelationship and marketability of
materials and technologies associated with tantalum and niobium metals and chemicals. The
scope of activity is global with commercial interests in North America, Asia, Africa, and
Europe. Who we are is identified by our Core Values
that govern our actions and stewardship. The Core Values must be non-negotiable, true
regardless of business cycles, opportunities, calamities, or temptations. Core Values, if
treated with integrity, become the focus for understanding our corporate culture.
The union of a "who" (core value) and a
"what" (mission statement) allows the employees to place healthy boundaries on
relationships, stewardship, and planning venues.
The following Core Values for Trinitech International Inc
were adopted:
1. Trinitech will be a safe haven for its employees and
safe harbor for investors.
2. Trinitech will endeavor to be the Vendor of Preference for consumers of tantalum,
niobium, and related refractory metals and chemicals.
3. Trinitech is in business to do business, the Lord's way.
Unless the Lord builds the house, its
builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stands guard
in vain.
